Navajo Taco's

ok so whenever I make my award winning chili I save a tupperware full and freeze it. {to use on the navajo taco's} Then when I want them I just take rhoades rolls dough defrost in the fridge so they don't rise, flatten them and deep fry {this is called a scone lol} then put on chili, cheese, sour cream and lettuce salsa etc. Then for dessert we eat a honey butter scone :)

This is a good one, corn, {we like white sweet corn} black beans, cilantro, tomatoes and salsa. Then eat with chips.

Chicken fruit salad

This rainbow pasta was too fun to not buy! I really like this refreshing pasta salad in the summer. here is the ingredientsI usually put in mine, coleslaw dressing, Bow tie pasta, shredded chicken, purple grapes, almonds, craisens, poppy seeds,{would be good with shredded spinach}

Tina's BLT

This may look good to you and it may not. It's a BLT salad sandwich and actually really yummy! You take all the ingredients for a BLT and chop it up this one has orange and red tomatoes, Spinach, bacon, and ovocados all misxed up and you put it on your sandwich bread its great. Also If you like Ovacado it makes a GREAT substitue for mayo anytime. It's flavorful and creamy.

Ths recipe is flavor packed and SO EASY! This recipe was sent to me after having a baby, nestle was sending recipes to new moms that were about 1/2 hours too prepare and cook. Got this recipe from a pampered chef party and It is one of our new favorites, I replace peanuts with cashews and personally do not add the basil. I do not like it.

Taco Soup

Taco soup
1 lb hamburger browned
1 onion {this seems like a lot to me}
1 garlic 1 can kidney beans
1 can corn
1 can tomatoes { I dont like cans of tomatoes Id rather do a few fresh ones on top after its cooked}
1 cup salsa
1 3/4 c water
1 TB chili powder
put in crockpot and heat put frito chips in bowl bottom dump soup over top.
Top with cheese topmatoes green onion tomaotes etc. anything you would put on your tacos.

Tortilla soup from the kitchen of cousin Jen Pearce

Torilla soup {I guess its tortilla not fajita}
4 boneless skinless chicken breasts. Cooked and shreaded
1 clove garlic
2 tsp butter
1 14.5 oz cans of chicken broth
2 cans of chopped stewed tomoatoes 1 c med salsa
1/2 c chopped cilantro {I do tons less, it is to strong for me in this dose}
1 tbsp cumin
8 oz monteray jack cheese cubed
sour cream guacamole and tortilla chips

combine garlic and margarine put into slow cooker on high heat and saute
combine all ingredients execpt cheese sour cream and chips. cover and cook on high 4-6 hours or low hear 8-10 hours. divide cubed cheese and guacamole among 6 individual bowls. ladle soup over cheese and guac. Sprinkle with chips and top each bowl with a bit of sour cream.
